Summary

PDFCraft is designed to be privacy-first. The current core tools — PDF to JPG, PDF to PNG, JPG to PDF, PNG to PDF, Merge, Split, Compress, Rotate, Extract Pages, and Reorder Pages — process your files directly inside your browser using JavaScript. Your files do not leave your device when you use those tools.

Files we process

• All current PDFCraft tools run in your browser. We never receive your file contents on our servers.
• If we add any tool in the future that requires server-side processing (for example, OCR or Office conversion), the privacy notice on that tool's page will say so explicitly.
• Any server-side files are stored temporarily, processed in an isolated worker, and deleted automatically after the conversion is complete.
• We do not use your files to train models.
• We do not share your files with third parties.

Analytics

We collect basic, privacy-safe product usage data so we can improve the tools. We never collect file contents, file names beyond their extension, or anything that could be used to identify the content of what you converted. Examples of what we may collect: which tool was used, the file-size bucket, the device type, and whether the conversion succeeded or failed.

Cookies

PDFCraft uses minimal cookies, only as needed for basic site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the MVP.
